The Eno Transportation Mid-Manager program (TMM) is designed for mid-level managers in cross-functional transportation roles—across all modes—in the federal, public, and private sectors. Known as a critical step for hundreds of Eno alumni, TMM is ideal for those looking to both accelerate and deepen their career advancement. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in the transportation industry and a minimum of 3 years at the supervisory level managing or leading direct reports or projects.

Selected candidates will engage intentionally with their peers, along with Eno’s executive coaches, leadership faculty, experts, guest VIP speakers, and staff. We are all stakeholders in your success narrative — however you define and structure it for your personal and professional outcome. Eno’s work, as we go alongside you, is to challenge you to test your leadership strategy: to see where it may need to bend, or you must stretch to meet it. Or whom you’ll need to help capture it.

Successful completion of the program, during and beyond, will require a willingness to be vulnerable, courageous and committed on the leadership journey.

If you’re ready to lead, then let’s lead.

Enhance Skillsets

Learn to enhance your strategic skillsets in a real and objective way.
