Transportation Mid-Manager

The Eno Transportation Mid-Manager program (TMM) is designed for mid-level managers in cross-functional transportation roles (across all modes) in the federal, public, and private sectors.

Known as a critical step for hundreds of Eno alumni, TMM is ideal for those seeking to accelerate and deepen their career advancement. Applicants should have a minimum of t least 2 years of experience in the transportation industry and a minimum of 3 years as a supervisor leading direct reports or projects.

Selected candidates will engage intentionally with their peers, Eno’s executive coaches, leadership faculty, guest VIP speakers, and staff. Together, we will challenge you to test your leadership strategies, explore new approaches, and identify the skills and support you need to thrive.

Successful completion of the program requires participants to be willing to stretch, be vulnerable, and fully commit to their leadership journey.

The TMM program is designed for mid-level transportation professionals who are ready to grow their leadership skills and advance in their careers. If that sounds like you, now is the perfect time to apply!
