Involuntary nondrivers, including disabled individuals, low-income communities, the elderly, and other marginalized groups, are often overlooked in transportation planning. This webinar delves into the realities of those who cannot or choose not to drive, as detailed in When Driving Is Not an Option by disability advocate and author Anna Zivarts.
