CBO Projections Show Water Trust Fund Trends Diverging Sharply

January 30, 2020 – As part of its updated Budget and Economic Outlook release this week, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office updated its ten-year baseline projections for the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund and the Inland Waterways Trust Fund, and the latter is in bad shape.
