Transportation Mid-Manager

The Eno Transportation Mid-Manager program (TMM) is designed for mid-level managers in cross-functional transportation roles (across all modes) in the federal, public, and private sectors.

Known as a critical step for hundreds of Eno alumni, TMM is ideal for those seeking to accelerate and deepen their career advancement. Applicants should have a minimum of t least 2 years of experience in the transportation industry and a minimum of 3 years as a supervisor leading direct reports or projects.

  • Sessions will run every Tuesday from May 19 to June 9th
  • Each session will offer 4.5 hours of the same high-quality content, facilitation, and interaction as in-person programs.
  • Participants will be provided opportunities for breakout sessions – where they can engage directly with peers on tangible leadership experiences and challenges, while building their professional networks.
  • The final session includes an Executive VIP and keynote, giving participants exclusive access to senior industry leaders.

Accepted participants will receive detailed lodging and logistics information upon registration.

  • Receive individualized executive coaching based on assessment results
  • Learn strategies to elevate communication and influence
  • Strengthen strategic and critical thinking skills

Since its inception, the TMM program has leveraged world-class leadership assessments to accelerate participant growth. TMM is uniquely designed for mid-managers who are often in the process of discovering, understanding, and strengthening their leadership style.

For this reason, participants in TMM engage with two highly regarded tools:

  • DiSC* Assessment – Provides insights into individual behavioral styles, communication preferences, and work approaches. This helps participants better understand themselves, adapt to others, and lead diverse teams more effectively.
  • Johari Window – A framework for exploring how we see ourselves and how others see us, fostering openness, trust, and stronger collaboration.

Together, these tools deliver a powerful self-awareness foundation that mid-managers can apply in their roles by equipping them to lead with confidence, communicate with impact, and prepare for the greater responsibilities ahead.

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:

  • Engage in authentic peer-to-peer and faculty-led learning
  • Interpret the critical role of mid-level managers in bridging senior leadership and front-line teams
  • Apply ancient and contemporary leadership frameworks to modern challenges
  • Strengthen skills in delegation, decision-making, and strategic thinking
  • Hone communication, trust-building, and coaching skills
  • Develop and articulate an authentic leadership story
