Steven is a fifth-year transportation engineering Ph.D. Candidate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His doctoral research at MIT’s Center for Transportation and Logistics focuses on the design of efficient delivery routes for last-mile logistics vehicles in U.S. cities. Prior to his Ph.D. studies, Steven earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering at Santa Clara University and an M.S in transportation engineering at University of California, Berkeley.

Steven is excited to join the Eno Center for Transportation as the 2024 Thomas J. O’Bryant Fellow. He is interested in learning how research and policy intersect to create more accessible and efficient transportation systems at all levels of government, particularly in the fields of logistics and mass transit.
