Rae Ann is a Gallup-certified Executive Strengths Coach, attorney and operations leader who brings more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, associations, and teams grow and lead with intention. Her coaching work centers on unlocking individual and organizational potential through strengths-based leadership development, executive coaching, and team performance.
Drawing on her background as a former association executive, COO, and General Counsel, Rae Ann brings a uniquely practical perspective to leadership development — helping individuals and teams build high-performing cultures, navigate transformations and lead through change. Her experience advising organizations on governance, human resources, and operations gives her coaching a grounded, real-world edge.
Rae Ann earned her J.D. from American University, her Master of Social Work from Washington University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from The College of William & Mary. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two teenagers, and avidly supports their baseball and soccer endeavors.
