Jessie Bryant is a Learning and Leadership Development Specialist for the EnoMax Multi-Agency Exchange Program. She will provide ongoing program support to the program participants and facilitators as they complete their rigorous yearlong program.

Jessie brings with her more than 20 years of experience in Training and Leadership Development through her work at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in Washington, DC. Her areas of expertise are Managerial and Professional Development with emphasis on Succession Planning for first level supervisors and managers in the departments of Bus and Rail Operations.
