He has held key roles of increasing significance at three transit agencies. As Director of Training and Development with the Canadian Urban Transit Association, Raymond helped transit agencies across North America implement strategic solutions to meet corporate objectives.

He designs and develops engaging, interactive curricula aligned with learning objectives, stakeholder input, and existing learner competency levels. He excels at integrating multi-faceted learning methods, including e-learning, webinars, group settings, coaching programs and virtual support networks that assimilate seamlessly into operational constraints and budgets.
