Over the past year, Eno’s Affordable Housing and Transit case study series has examined how regions across the country promote transit-oriented development and affordable housing. The series explored how agencies coordinate housing, land-use, and transportation policy; the barriers they encounter and the strategies and lessons that have emerged from their efforts.

This webinar builds on that research by bringing together practitioners from state, local, and federal government for a conversation about TOD work on the ground. Panelists will share lessons learned from their own jurisdictions, discuss the persistent challenges of aligning transit investment with affordable housing production, and explore where the federal government can most effectively support state and local efforts. The discussion aims to identify practical takeaways for communities across the country seeking to make transit and affordable housing work together.
