THE PRESIDENT’S BUDGET REQUEST
White House Office of Management and Budget Documents
- The President’s Budget Message – a broad overview of the priorities behind this year’s budget request (see pp. 25-27 for a narrative of infrastructure priorities) with government-wide summary tables at the back.

THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET RESOLUTION
Congressional Budget Office Documents
- CBO March 2015 budget and economic projections – although there had been a preliminary outlook released in January, it is the March baseline that the Budget Committees have to use for their budget plans.
