UK Government Proposes £22B Infrastructure Bank

March 4, 2021 – This week, as part of the annual budget message, the government of United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson proposed to create a national Infrastructure Bank, to be located in Leeds (not London) and to be capitalized with £12 billion in capital from Her Majesty’s Treasury.
