April 9, 2021 – Earlier this week, a USDOT official sent a few Capitol Hill offices a breakdown of the $456 billion in transportation infrastructure spending proposed under the President’s investment plan.

FTA Advances Three Small Start BRT Projects

April 9, 2021 – The Federal Transit Administration announced this week that it had allocated $184 million in new funding for three new “small start” bus rapid transit projects under the FTA’s Capital Investment Program and topped off a fourth ongoing project with an additional $3.2 million.

President Biden’s latest infrastructure proposal stands at $2.3 trillion and includes $571 billion in additional spending for transportation systems nationwide.
