It is the mission of Womens’ Transportation Seminar (WTS) International to build the future of transportation through the global advancement of women. WTS seeks to close the workforce gap in the global transportation industry by promoting lifelong careers in transportation for women. By attracting, retaining, and advancing women in the industry, WTS International will be the industry’s most recognized worldwide network of transportation subject matter experts.

Since 2002, the WTS has selected one participant for the Eno LDC. This separate admission process honors a WTS member who is a recent graduate, shows high career potential, and has a history of professional service. Beginning in 2017, the WTS seat in the LDC program is funded through the generous support of Dianne Woodend Jones, chair of the WTS Board of Directors.
