Kirstin Hall, Senior Manager, Training & Professional Development – The Eno Center for Transportation

Kirstin was born and raised in Southern California, where she developed a strong interest in civic engagement, social justice, and local politics from an early age. She went on to earn a B.A. in Political Science from Johnson C. Smith University and an M.A. in Political Communication from American University.
Before joining Eno, Kirstin worked in the gun violence prevention movement, managing programs and operations for the Community Justice Action Fund in Washington, DC. She brings a deep commitment to equity and public service to all of her work.
With Eno, Kirstin oversees and manages the suite of professional development programs – primarily focused on Transportation Mid-Manager, Transportation Mid-Manager², and Transportation Senior Executive.
