Last week, Uber, Lyft, and Via sued the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) over a new requirement for each company to individually reach a target of 25% of all trips in the City to be conducted in a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) over the next five years.

April 19, 2018 – The House Subcommittee on Government Operations, held a hearing today to examine All Aboard Florida’s (AAF) use of private activity bonds (PABs) to help finance the first and second phases of Brightline, its new Florida-based passenger rail system.
April 18, 2018 – On Monday evening, the Federal Highway Administration distributed $36.4 billion in fiscal year 2018 highway spending authority to states pursuant to the recently-enacted fiscal year 2018 omnibus appropriations law.
April 13, 2018 – Uber announced Wednesday a series of new initiatives designed to work with cities in addressing challenges related to transportation and technology. Uber listed their goals as reducing individual car ownership, expanding transportation access, and helping governments plan future investments.
