April 16, 2021 – A Senate hearing on April 14 wound up focusing on what needs to happen next in order to begin the transition from a system that finances surface transportation by taxing motor fuels to a system that is funded by taxing miles driven.
April 16, 2021 – The solicitation for applications for $1 billion in funding from the renamed RAISE grant program (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity) was released by the U.S. Department of Transportation on April 13.

April 15, 2021 – This week, Eno released three evaluation reports that aim to understand how the pilots performed during their first year of service. These reports include an evaluation of the MOD pilot in the Los Angeles region, the evaluation of the MOD pilot in the Puget Sound region, and a summary document of the lessons learned and recommendations for other agencies.
