Increasing Historically Disadvantaged Participation in Infrastructure Contracting

October 21, 2022 – The bi-partisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) is lauded for delivering necessary funding to a range of projects. Specific projects, programs, and priorities have been highlighted that demonstrate the need to upgrade, modernize, and maintain our nation’s infrastructure. Through that spending, the law also has the ability to support historically underserved communities and businesses.

October 20, 2022 – The volume of motor gasoline in the United States hit an all-time high in the just-completed fiscal year 2022, with oil companies producing and distributing about 6.8 billion gallons more than they did in the previous peak year of fiscal 2018.
