This is a 2-page table showing funding authorization levels in the amendment in the nature of a substitute for H.R. 2, the INVEST in America Act, as released on the afternoon of June 12, 2020. The amendment in the nature of a substitute will be the base text for the June 17, 2020 Transportation and Infrastructure Committee markup session.
The substitute changes some funding authorizations in the research title of the bill and amends the highway obligation limitation levels in section 1102 of the bill for fiscal years 2022-2025 to match revised highway contract authority total. (We think that the ob limits now exceed contract authority subject to limit by $4 million per year in 2022-2025.)
