In late 2019, we took TMM Level 2 out of service to build a better program based on your feedback. We planned for its return in 2020 and…well, you know how that went.

We are proud to reintroduce TMM Level 2 as TMM² Momentum.

Building on the distinguished legacy of the TMM program, TMM² Momentum is crafted exclusively for TMM graduates eager to elevate their leadership skills and drive their careers to new heights.

Who is TMM Momentum For?

This limited capacity advanced training program is exclusively available to TMM graduates from 2016 onward, who have a minimum of 5-7 years’ of demonstrated managerial experience.

*Tuition for TMM2 Momentum 2025 is $5,600 for the week-long program, held from July 20 – 25, 2025 (Toronto, Canada). Tuition fee provides coverage of most meals (breakfast, lunch, light snacks). Travel and hotel lodging are not included. 

*Candidates accepted into the program must have a valid U.S. Passport (expiration more than 6 months from travel date) and any other required travel documents to enter Canada.

Program Dates

When applying, TMM² applicants will be enrolled in a single, immersive session held in Toronto, Canada. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging experience by uniting diverse perspectives from across the transit, public, and private sectors. Attendees will benefit from a rich exchange of ideas, maximizing the collaborative learning environment.

TMM² Session : Toronto Canada

July 20 – 25, 2025

Toronto, the largest city in Canada, is a vibrant cultural and transportation hub. Known for its diverse population, Toronto boasts a rich tapestry of cultures, languages, and traditions. The city’s cultural scene is thriving, with world-class museums like the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and numerous theaters, music venues, and festivals that celebrate everything from film to food.

As a transportation hub, Toronto is exceptionally well-connected. The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates an extensive network of subways, buses, and streetcars, making it easy to navigate the city. Union Station, a major railway and transit hub, connects Toronto to other parts of Canada and the United States via VIA Rail and Amtrak. Additionally, Toronto Pearson International Airport is one of the busiest airports in North America, offering flights to destinations worldwide.

TMM² Momentum is a limited capacity advanced training program offered exclusively to TMM graduates from 2016 onward who have a minimum 5-7 years’ demonstrated managerial experience.  An ideal candidate ready and eager to elevate their leadership skills.

As part of a limited cohort, you’ll benefit from personalized and in-depth programming, ensuring a tailored experience that meets your unique leadership goals. You can expect to take a deeper dive into strategic leadership, enhance your executive presence, and expand your professional network.

Individuals interested in applying for the program must provide the following:

  4. A Signed Nomination Letter (by a senior or executive leader at your organization)

Detailed information on lodging and program logistics will be available to participants upon being accepted and registering for the program.

  • Program costs for the TMM² Momentum Program are $5,600.  Program benefits include the following:
    • Coverage of most meals (breakfast, lunch, and light snacks) in addition to a networking reception on one evening. 
    • Hotel lodging is not included in the tuition fees. However, Eno competitively negotiates standard hotel rates for program attendees. All Eno event hotels are rated 3-stars or above and are in thriving, transportation-hub cities. Once selected into the program, a weblink will be sent to participants registering for the program to directly book their stay via the hotel’s reservation portal

Course tuition should be paid 30 days before the start of the program either online or through a company invoice. If an invoice is the preferred method of payment, one will be emailed to the participant after registration is complete. Payment terms for invoices are net 30 days. All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to PDPSupport@enotrans.org. Should the event be cancelled by force majeure, Eno is not responsible for any penalty incurred because of purchasing a non-refundable travel ticket or related travel/personal costs.

Confirmed registrants* may cancel and receive a refund (minus a $350 administrative fee) up to 30 business days before the program start date.

Note that all payments must be completed 30 days prior to the program start date.

  • If you find that you are unable to attend, and it is less than 30 business days before the program start date, you forfeit 50% of your tuition
  •  If you find that you are unable to attend, and it is 10 business days or less before the program start date, you forfeit 100% of your tuition

Confirmed registrant*: A person who has been officially accepted into an Eno Leadership Program and has confirmed their enrollment by submitting the online registration form and generating an invoice within 7 calendar days of acceptance.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend and it is more than 30 business days before the program start date, you may transfer your paid registration to another program date, subject to availability. Notifications must be made in writing and submitted to PDPSupport@enotrans.org .

Applicants have 30 days from receipt of acceptance letter to request a transfer to a different session in writing, subject to availability.

Approved transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year.  All transfers must be approved and are at the sole discretion of Eno.

Waitlist

Waitlisted candidates will be notified if they are placed on the waitlist. Should a candidate wish to withdraw from the waitlist, they must promptly notify Eno. Candidates must accept and agree that course deliverables require immediate attention and often involve a quick turnaround.

Please note that session location is based on availability and may not reflect the candidate’s preferred session choice.

To ensure a safe and immersive learning experience, all Momentum participants are required to undergo a brief Health and Safety check prior to beginning each program day. Participants must also comply with any state and local COVID-19 mask mandates and protocols. Please note that Eno cannot guarantee social distancing within the learning environment.

*Eno currently adheres to and implements COVID-19 recommendations from the CDC. COVID-19 recommendations and requirements are subject to change with or without notice.

AICP credits are currently not available for the Momentum course. We look forward to offering them in 2026!
