Cassie Halls is a Senior Transportation Planner in Customer Experience at Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro), where she supports agency-wide Customer Experience Initiatives and Metro’s new Better Bus Program. Cassie earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs in June 2020.
