Welcome to the Business Project Resource Center!

The Business Project is a core component of the Eno/MAX experience. Throughout the program year, you will identify, research, and develop a high-priority business challenge or opportunity facing your agency—and present a clear, actionable recommendation to senior leadership.

Your Business Project binder and workbook are your primary guides for this work. This Resource Center is the digital companion to those materials. It houses the videos, examples, templates, research links, and discussion spaces referenced throughout the binder and workbook.

You do not need to use everything on this page at once. Your printed materials will direct you to specific sections of this Resource Center at different points in the year as your project evolves—from early scoping and research, through analysis and case development, to preparing and delivering your final pitch.

This page is designed to support you throughout the program year and to remain useful as you refine and present your project within your home agency.
