Meet Eno’s 2025 Transportation Senior Executive Graduates
On Monday, March 24, transportation leaders from across the nation convened for Eno’s 2025 Transportation Senior Executive (TSE) Program. This year’s program welcomed 29 leaders from 13 states and the District of Columbia for a week-long course.
TSE is a program held exclusively by Eno which consists of a series of leadership and development modules tailored specifically to transportation executives. The course is designed to foster conversation around some of the major aspects of leadership in the workplace, such as embracing change, driving innovation, and being bold in decision making, while allowing participants to network and share best practices with fellow organizational leaders.
The TSE program goes beyond the standard curriculum by offering participants the chance to engage with seasoned leaders in the transportation field. These renowned speakers generously share their personal experiences, discussing both the challenges and successes they’ve encountered in their careers, with the goal of contributing to the development of future transportation leaders. Notable speakers from the 2025 program included Nicole Nason and Tom Prendergast, members of the Eno Board of Directors, as well as Eno friends and industry leaders Randy Clarke, Jeffrey Gonneville, Paul Wiedefeld, and Eno’s own Jeff Davis.
