Congratulations to the 2025 EnoMAX and AirMAX Graduating Classes!
Eno is pleased to mark the close of the 2025 EnoMAX and AirMAX program year by recognizing a cohort of emerging leaders in the airport and transit industries. Throughout the year, the MAX participants engaged in rigorous peer learning and hands-on leadership development, exemplifying the next generation of industry leaders.
The MAX Program is designed to strengthen participants’ leadership and business skills, build national peer networks, and foster cross-organizational learning. Within the MAX Program, EnoMAX focuses on professionals working at transit agencies across the country, while AirMAX is tailored to emerging leaders working in airports. Through a combination of immersive host-site visits, peer learning opportunities, and applied business projects, participants gain firsthand exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing transit agencies and airports nationwide.
For 2025, the AirMAX program welcomed participants from, Chicago Department of Aviation, Denver International Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Philadelphia International and Northeast Philadelphia Airport.
On the transit side, EnoMAX participants represented Pittsburgh Regional Transit, Charlotte Area Transit System, LA Metro, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Sound Transit, and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority.
During the program year, participants engaged in weeklong host site visits at partner agencies and airports while also developing business projects focused on addressing real world opportunities and challenges within their home organizations. These experiences provide participants with a deeper understanding of agency and airport operations, leadership approaches, and strategic decision-making.
A core component of the host week experience was peer networking, pairing participants with colleagues holding similar roles and responsibilities at partner agencies/airports. These sessions encouraged open discussion around shared challenges, best practices, and lessons learned across their organizations. One participant reflected on the value of these conversations, noting, “It’s great to pick the brain of individuals in similar positions who face similar problems. I enjoy opportunities to have conversations and listen to people who make hard decisions and are able to give advice.”
Another key component of the program is the Business Project Information Exchange (BPIE), which connected participants with subject matter experts to provide guidance on their business projects. Through these conversations, participants refined their ideas, tested assumptions and gained practical insights on implementation strategies. One participant shared that, “Meeting the people to support me with my business project was so helpful as it provided me with (the) guidance that I needed. They came prepared to share insight on how I can shape my project, which I appreciated.”
Participants also worked with their learning development specialist (LDS) in group coaching sessions, using real program challenges as a platform for leadership development, problem-solving, and peer learning. In addition, participants engaged directly with senior leaders at host agencies and airports, gaining insights about their leadership journeys and decision-making processes. One participant shared that it, “…illustrated [their] ideal of leadership and the model of airport executive I’d like to work for and like to be.”
Together, these experiences deepened participants’ industry knowledge, strengthened leadership and business skills, and fostered national peer networks. Through shared learning and collaboration, MAX graduates completed the programs better prepared to address complex challenges and contribute as thoughtful, collaborative leaders within their organizations.
Eno extends its heartfelt congratulations to all 2025 program participants, facilitators, and host agencies for another impactful year of leadership development and innovation. As graduates move into the next phase of their careers, the insights, relationships, and perspectives they gained through the MAX experience will continue to inform and shape their leadership.
