Tuesday, July 8 – House Energy and Commerce – Subcommittee on Energy – subcommittee hearing to review federal pipeline safety policy (witness list to be posted here) – 10:30 a.m., 2123 Rayburn. POSTPONED

Thursday, July 10 – House Appropriations – full committee business meeting to mark up draft FY 2026 Energy and Water bill – 10:00 a.m., 2359 Rayburn. POSTPONED

Apparently, having to show up for 2 straight days of round-the-clock voting during what was supposed to be the July 4 vacation week forced House leaders to make next week a vacation week instead, so on the evening of July 3, House committees started canceling their scheduled hearings and markups for the week of July 7.
