NYC Second Avenue Subway: On November 9 at 6:00 PM (EST), Eno and Hunter College’s Public Policy Institute are co-hosting a panel discussion in New York City to discuss the status of the Second Avenue Subway project — one of the most ambitious, expensive, and closely watched transportation projects in the U.S.. More than a century in the making, this new subway line offers important lessons about controlling costs, managing complex construction, and maintaining public support.
