• A 1-page summary of the IIJA transfers in the bill and a mode-by-mode summary of discretionary appropriations and IIJA transfers.
• A 3-page account-level table showing all appropriations, IIJA transfers, and obligation limitations in the bill.
• A 1-page table of the Federal Aviation Administration budget to the sub-account, PPA level (except for Facilities and Equipment, where we have to wait for the committee report for PPAs).
• A 1-page table showing earmarked amounts in the DOT portion of the bill, by account, and comparing those totals to prior years.
