Tina is a former Senior Manager of Training & Professional Development at Eno Center for Transportation. She is a dynamic people-focused professional with more than 18 years of experience in training and development. Prior to joining Eno, Tina worked at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where she served as a Program Manager in the Education Department.

Tina’s has experience designing and delivering consistently impactful and effective training programs. She specializes in a continuous improvement model based on gap analysis, needs assessment, and retrospective participant surveys. Tina has been recognized for exceptional adaptability in blended learning environments, ensuring all learning materials and content are accessible and effective for a diverse range of adult learners and participants by infusing relevant educational principles.

Tina enjoys working with various audiences enhancing their learning ability. She has a B.A. in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University.
