Forgot to submit your bio and headshot? Not a problem! Please submit a headshot and bio to be used for a bio book for participants and staff to get to know each other before meeting in person. Submit each one individually, named as Last.First.Headshot and Last.First.Bio.

1. Headshot – should be in a JPG or JPEG format.
2. Bio – should be in .doc or .docx. Please write 1 to 2 paragraphs decribing your background, what you do at your job, and what you enjoy outside of work.
