Nancy Polend is a Leadership Development Specialist for the EnoMax Multi-Agency Exchange Program, supporting agency participants and facilitators through the program. She comes to the Eno Center with over thirty years of experience in Organization Development, having helped hundreds of groups, organizations, and communities learn and change so people work more effectively together, achieve their aspirations, stay sane while they do it, and even have fun in the process.

In addition to her talent for systems-thinking and her passion for unleashing human potential, Nancy brings to EnoMax a wealth of experience designing, delivering, and managing leadership development, organizational change, training, and social change programs. She has broad experience in local, state, and Federal government; national and international nonprofits; private practice; grassroots movements, and corporate environments, which she draws upon to understand the larger context within which EnoMax participants and their agencies operate.
