Free Webinar on the Strategy and Economics of London’s Major Rail Projects

Join us at 10:30am ET on April 20 for a members-only webinar with Ian Brown, former Managing Director of London Rail. Mr. Brown will delve into the story behind London’s rail projects, how they came about, the politics, financing and funding models used, and how railways become an integral part of London’s economic success story.

Mr. Brown began his career with British Railways (BR) Graduate Management Training program. In 1984 he was appointed as Inter City Manager for the West Coast Main Line (similar in length and complexity to the North East Corridor). From there he moved on to working as Managing Director of Railfreight Distribution with Freightliners, Ltd and did a brief stint with French Railways (SNCF) before becoming CEO of Dockland Light Railway in London. Subsequently, in 2001 Mr. Brown joined Transport for London (TfL) as their Managing Director and remained with them until retiring in 2010.

The webinar will be moderated by Eno’s new President and CEO, Robert Puentes and will run for 30 minutes with time for questions at the end.
